Pleasant, knowledgeable and very hard working. Linda helped us sell our home in the Berkeley Hills during a tight real estate market and found a perfect condo for us in Rossmoor. It was a pleasure doing business with her.
Linda is straight forward, knowledgeable, and has a calming hand on a real estate transaction.
Linda is a wonderful agent and I’ve used her services for three transactions. She handles all of the details so that you don’t have to worry. If there’s a problem, she’ll give it to you straight with a variety of possible solutions. Her upbeat demeanor, wit, and straight-forward business style makes the process relatively pain-free. Her creative compensation plan made it possible for me to be the winning bid for a San Francisco condo. I plan to use her service again.
Linda was an excellent realtor for our Portola Valley Ranch transaction. She was quick to familiarize herself with the local market, and engaged with the other local agents in a professional manner. She aided us in all aspects of prepping the house for sale, including clean up, staging, disclosures etc. Ours was a relatively complex sale involving two separate transactions for estate planning reasons, but she handled it all very cleanly and efficiently. And lets not forget the bottom line; as a consequence of Linda’s hourly rate, which frankly really makes a lot of sense in this outrageous central California home market, Linda saved us somewhere in the neighborhood of $144,000. You would think for that kind of savings you would have to put up with poor service or other problems, but this was truly as smooth as it gets. 5 star.
Linda has helped me with over five real estate transactions, not only saving me in excess of $60 k, she is ideal to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and always has good advice. Her years of experience and knowledge of the market make her easy to trust her advice and in several situations where there were either multiple buyers or a reluctant seller, she used her skills to assure i got the the best deal at the best possible price.
Traditional real estate brokers are valued for their local market knowledge, access to listings, relationships with other agents, and “driving the process”. But when searching for our SF home, we knew what we were looking for, and in which neighborhoods – and the vast majority of listings are published. We didn’t need anyone to “drive the process”, and certainly weren’t wanting to pay a broker fee based on the value of our new home (vs. the broker work performed). Linda’s a la carte hourly service model suited our needs perfectly. We received professional and attentive service from a veteran local broker, and was able to put our (substantial) savings from the broker fee towards boosting our offer…landing us our dream house. The whole experience was so easy that we used Linda again years later to sell that same home!
Linda Servis sold my home in a very short period of time and saved me a lot of money by paying her for the hours she worked not with a percentage contract. I was pleased to work with her!
